Active Directory User Management Tool

Description

The user management tool is a centralized dashoard that lets you quickly look up accounts details and manage accounts. Quickly view account details such as password expiration date, status, locked out details and group membership information. Easily find locked users, unlock and reset account passwords. All of this and more can be done with a click of the button from a single console.

Features

• User Details: Select an account to quickly display user details.

  

• Group Membership: The users group membership displays when you select an account. You can also export the groups by clicking the export button.

  

• Get Locked users: Click the “Get Locked users” button to find all locked user accounts. You can right click the account to unlock it.

  

• Actions: Use the actions menu on the right to run the following tasks:

  • New User: Create new active directory user accounts
  • Add to Groups: Add or remove the selected accounts to groups
  • Enable: Enable the selected account
  • Disable: Disable the selected account
  • Delete: Delete the selected account
  • Move: Move selected account to another OU
  • Modify User: Modify account properties
  • Reset Password: Reset the selected accounts password
  • Unlock: Unlock the selected account

How to

Step 1: In the search box enter a user name and click search.

Step 2: Select an account to view its details and group membership. To run an action on the account choose from the actions menu.
